Woke up early today and got my workout in first thing. I love it when I can do this. It doesn't happen too often because I'm not much of a morning person. But it only takes 21 days to make something a habit so I'm going to keep working on it. One thing I've noticed is that I feel better throughout the day when I get my workout in early.
I think I've been doing pretty well with my logging my food and exercise. I find myself making better choices about what I'm going to eat because I don't really want to put it down in FS. I guess that's the point of tracking what you eat RIGHT?
