Pizza Friday today we got Chuck E Cheese's Pepperoni & Bacon bits and Supreme pizza with stuffed cheese crust didn't feel like making it today.

When my now 15 year old was 4, we went to Chuck E Cheese in Indianapolis. This woman was about 40 something and in a ride leaning in using it to take selfies because it would print out a picture. 😆😂

Slowmeta, I avoided entirely when trying to loose the weight now in the maintenance stage I allow myself some and it's ok because my stomach is closed and I barely have appetite and 1 slice does for me even if I wanted to eat more I'm too full to do so it's a win, win situation and I avoid binge eating by not depriving myself of the things I like.

Tr3vi28–you found the magic to weight loss— deprivation does not work and is your enemy. A total setup for failure. Knowing you can have a piece of pizza and making a CHOICE wether to have a second is where the power over your weight is found and where the magic happens. You are in control. Good job.

Kenna, yes I had the concept all wrong before is hard to not give in to that second slice but you have to want it bad enough that's where the will power is portion control and balance.

I eat pizza once in a while because I love it. I have a little independent pizza place close to me— a mom and pop place— the BF and I ordered a 12 inch once a week. I ate 2 and he ate 2-3 and we just threw the rest out. We bought to support them through the pandemic. I also make my own pizza sauce and use a pita round as a crust and put whatever on them. Average calories is consistently 500 for the whole thing. I do a mean pizza bar. Lots of topping choices and everyone makes their own. Everyone loves it and certainly better pizza than I bet most fast food type places offer.

Wow I never been to a pizza bar that sound amazing where I live they have a pizza buffet which I'm dying to go to. Yes I also modify my pizza when made at home.

I have never been to a pizza buffet. I do the pizza bar at my house and have everyone come over and make thier own. It is always a big hit. So simple and easy. I freeze my home made pizza sauce in those silicone ice cube trays where each cube holds just about an ounce and is the perfect amount for one pita round. .I always keep the pita and the sauce in the freezer so if a pizza moment hits me I can quickly put together a portion controlled, one serving pizza . I just use onion, red pepper, black olives and a quality mozzarella. Minimal damage. When I make the sauce I control the ingredients including the salt.
