Started out the day right with my Insanity, Cardio Recovery workout. I felt really good about the workout and all my food up until some of my co-workers had a baking contest and I wanted to try EVERYTHING. I wished I would have done more during my workout. I'll probably end up on my treadmill tonight watching a show or two. I'm going to vow to do better tomorrow.
