Ok I only lost 1/2 lbs today, but I'm happy about it. It's better than gaining. Today I had those really good cream cheese pancakes. I didn't have any sf syrup so I used regular syrup. WOW that put my carb level twice what it should be for the whole day. I learned a good lesson. I am getting rid of that syrup. I'll have to find a good sf syrup.
