Oh wow I had the best dinner last night at Carraba's ...this was a hard one to track. I ate the Filet Bryan 8oz. but I only ate 1/2. The was a filet topped with goat cheese, roasted tomatoes with lemon butter basil sauce. I had string beans sauted with red onion in olive oil. I ate one slice of bread with pesto/olive oil about. Tried to eat with small amount of oil more of the pesto seasoning. I had a quantro of Pinet Grigio. This was an excellent meal. To account for the points was hard. Hopefully I have done my best...and I am thinking I will try not to use any more than 10 of my flex points for the remainder of the week....to account for anything I didn't account for right.. Today I decided to eat 1/2 of the 4 ounces that remained with some broccoli and asparagus I had here at the house. I will try to maintain lightly the rest of the day.
