yesterday I entered something in my food list that was wrong and I can't seem to find how to take it out. O well , I know. Right now I'ham waiting for my breakfast to settle before going to the gym. Doing a little house work while waiting. I ran the sweeper today and my carpet needed it really bad, I need to do that more often. Next time I do that I'm going to pull out the furniture and get all the toys out from under them. Hope I loose more wt. today. Everyone have a nice day.
