Well, as I look at my chart, I note that a trip to New Orleans in early January did more damage than Christmas break to my diet. Then a dinner out to Buffalo's Cafe where I had 16 wings, no dessert, no soft drinks (I just drink water and Monster Lo-ball now days) caused a serious water balloon effect.
Eating out is just tough!
