Today went really well considering I was home all day and there was snow all around. Had to force myself to eat the last 3 points of the day...I just knew that not eating enough would set me up for failure tomorrow. I didn't eat breakfast until about 10:30 wasn't hungry ate my yogart and fruit about 4:00 then ate my pizza and wine around 7:30 ...still hadn't ate enough so at 9:00 I drank my milk and ate my peanut butter bliss...I really have not been hungry with the exception of Saturday morning...was really un prepared for the day.
