Yesterday, for the second straight day, I did about as good as I can do with my current goals. I hit all my macros dead-on, had a solid deficit without resorting to extra exercise (not that I frown on that - just that it shows more control if you stay on your plan). I hardly ever believe I follow my diet 100%, but if any day qualifies, yesterday would be it.
This morning I was supposed to play basketball, but an early meeting scuttled that plan. Still have to lift and make up for the lost cardio and fun. Going to be a nice day, so maybe a walk or bike ride is in order.
