Day one of working out...I was suprised at being able to run longer than 2 minutes at a time! I think it helps getting the workout done right away in the morning so you dont dread it the rest of the day and make excuses not to get it done, (or have food jostling around in your tummy). I will just have to start getting up an hour earlier in the morning I think. I can't wait for the day when I look forward to working out. I think once my body and lungs get used to it, I will look forward to it because I love how I feel when I am done! I have 4 weeks to drop 15 pounds. That is my goal for our trip to Mexico. That's 3.5-4lbs a week. If I can stay within my points range and put in at least 1 hour of walking/jogging/biking/or swimming...I think I should be able to pull it off. And if I can't, as long as I am toning and still losing, I will still be happy....
