having an awful time motivating myself...constantly tired...
hopefully after i get this new mattress delivered ill get more beneficial sleep so i can hop out of bed and burn some calories. trying not to beat myself up, but i really do want to just stick to my guns and lose the weight.why am i so good at obsessing but not taking any action???
also being cranky cuz im hormonal....ugh
