Workout: Legs:

Leg press 180+50 lbs = 220 lbs 5 sets
Sumo squats 35 lbs
Stiff legged dead lifts 50 lbs
Cable squats 72.5 lbs
Attempted hamstring machine but had a pain in the back of my left knee. Stopped weight lifting, and rode elliptical machine for 20 minutes.

Burned appx 530 calories in 1 hour.

I need to start taking my joint support supplements again.

Looking back at this post, I'm glad I followed my advice. Taking my joint supplements now, it really makes a huge difference, I am virtually pain free! (knees)
