2 Big 2 Fail's Journal, 27 February 2014

Weight doing OK. Haven't hit the gym since Saturday...could go tonight right after work but we have plans later to go to a show at the Reg Lenna - Cirque Ziva. Maybe I can call it a workout watching others fly around the stage..ha..ha.

I've been pushing pretty hard for quite some time so at 55 I could use a few days off to recoup. My foot was giving me some trouble over the past few days so taking it easy wasn't really a bad idea. The gym is only open this evening this week and will be open again Saturday so it will work out just fine.

In the afternoon Saturday we're going to a Chicken Wing Festival at Peek n Peek in Western NY so.....good bye diet saturday. It's a charity event and it's important to participate. I'll make up for it next week.
