Can't get to the gym this week due to high school basketball tournaments. They shut everything down other than the court so nobody can use the facilities in the evening. I work days so it doesn't work well.
I decided to take a break on the lifting because of the shutdown. In the past I've dropped a few pounds when I stop going so this will be a test. I'm also lowering my intake to counteract the lower exercise numbers. It could give me an advantage this week.
I really need to lose my middle age spread (belly and love handles). Working out doesn't really help this. I'm developing strong abs and I can feel the six packs but they are just buried under a healthy layer of fat. I can't wait to get my hips back.
