Here's my Re-Comp plan, set to launch IMMEDIATELY upon completion of this Cut, on or before 4/1/2021, posted for accountability. I've got a couple standard menus for each day, both eat in and eat out, already loaded in FS. Crossing this one off my list.

@tassos.Yassou! Nice work on your incredible weight loss. To me, 1700 calories looks like a cornucopia of food pleasure compared to the multi-day fasting I have been doing on this cut! Yes, I may still be hungry. If I still have fat to burn, isn't that a good thing? BTW, 1700 is a starting point. If I need to burn more fat or faster, I will cut rest day calories, potentially all the way down to zero.
