Have you considered tracking every single morsel that goes in your mouth, then adjusting down as required? No amount of power walking, or anything else, will compensate for a bad diet. Let's go! #getserious #mindset #grindtime #stayhungry

I keep pretty much good track of what I eat and I put it in on FatSecret and that helps. I don’t use sugar in my coffee and I don’t drink soda hardly ever. Sometimes it’s hard to put certain foods because it might not be in the lists so I’ll try to get close and even pick higher in the list just to be safe. Maybe it’s my dern age.

@Talelia No offense, but its not your age, its your diet. Don't believe me? Fast for 72 hours and see what happens.

Don't feel bad! I recently dropped, then gained, then lost even more. It's really quite normal! If you burned more calories than you ate then it's probably just water weight. If you ate something high in sodium that's the reason. If you worked out then your muscles retain water as they repair. If you didn't go to the bathroom then that can effect it too. Just hang in there. You can't get discouraged. It will come off unless you have a medical reason that's working against you. It will come off. Trust me!

It’s been a long stressful week and sometimes I wonder if I’m so stressed that it causing me to gain weight. I kinda blew it with dinner even though I didn’t really eat all I recorded but it’s hard to sometimes to gauge because I don’t measure every little thing but will try harder. As far as fasting, I tried that about 5-6 yrs ago. It was a 3 day juice fast. Don’t think I could handle that again especially since I wasn’t working back then. I do feel like I’m retaining water my hands are stiff and I feel bloated. My oldest done has done the intermittent fasting and has had great results. I’m just discouraged. I don’t drink soda and I use stevia in my coffee so not a lot of sugar like before. I won’t give up, just a little down and I appreciate everyone’s ideas... hope you all are having a blessed week.
