Wow! I dropped a whole pound!! So frustrating. I’m exhausted from all the power walking. I know it doesn’t seem like a lot but I walk through out the day at school. I’m so sore. I feel I’m getting better with my foods but I still have a weakness for a few chips!! I don’t plan on exercising today so my muscles will calm down.
