happy to see the scale dropping still even though I ate a lot of junk food yesterday 🤦🏽♀️I'm a preschool teacher so when we have any holiday party they go all out with donuts, cookies, cupcakes, chips, etc. but I do think keeping mindful and only eating when I'm hungry has been helping a lot. The only hard part is not giving in just because I want the taste of whatever the food may be rather than eating it because I'm hungry.
