I'm sorry you feel this way. I can't remember the exact wording that one of the other FS community members used, but I found it very true You can't despise yourself thin You can't abuse yourself healthy It needs to come from a place of self care, not anger. I'm sorry you having a down day though, and I hope tomorrow is better ☘️ be kind to yourself and your body and remember how far you've come
