So I had my first weigh in yesterday. When I weighed myself in the morning, it looked like I was down 4 pounds, but when I was weighed at the meeting after working all day, meals, etc, it showed 2.4 which shouldn't be a disappointment, but for some reason I was thinking it would be closer to the 4 I had seen that morning. So then THIS morning I weighed myself, and I was down 2 from yesterday mornings weight. It just suprises me how much your weight can fluctuate in a day. I guess that is why you shouldn't weigh yourself throughout the week. I think I will tuck our scale into the closet and only use it on weigh in days AFTER weighing in at the meetings to see if our scale matches theirs. On to week #2

Great job!! It is weird how weight fluctuates. I always go with my morning weight b/c it is the lowest. You are doing fantastic, so keep up the momentum!
