So I'm losing weight in increments of 0.4 lb? Am I just weird, or is it my scale??

I ran two miles without stopping last night! New Personal Best. 5.5mph on the treadmill...completed in 21 minutes, 48 seconds.

Also, I wore Zaggora workout clothes for the first time. Tank top and capris. Holy mess. I was soaked in sweat. I will reevaluate based on my long-term results, but right now I'm not regretting the investment. (They have a 30% off coupon code on their website right now! Hint, hint!)
163.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've thought the same my weight always seem to be something . 7!!! Great job on pb and workout clothes are are great i spent a fortune on lorna jane pants to celebrate the first of the weight gone a while ago:-) sounds like u are getting fitter by the day keep it up your doing great!
