Was feeling really weak earlier. Body was missing something don't know what but something. Ate some baked chicken w/ a small salad which I will have another portion for dinner and feel better. Noticing on Atkins it is best to stay constantly putting something in my body but staying between recommended carbs for the induction period. 3 more days to till I can say I made it through induction. However, I probably will remain for on it for a month.

Term papers(Done)
Kitchen cabinets (cleaned)

Breakfast: 1 egg with 1 sausage patty

Lunch: Baked chicken with diced tomatoes in vinegar, splenda and a pinch of salt (I know less sodium more water :-))

Dinner: I will do a repeat of lunch I may actually do a cream cheese and sour cream sauce for the chicken (not sure)
