And the journey continues. I'm closer to 1500 mg of sodium per day than 2300 mg, which is fantastic. And I'm averaging around 2000 calories a day so far. I need to exercise more, but I'm not hungry right now and doing well. We'll see where the Wednesday weight in will leave me.
