I need to get back into my clothes and ward off the return of diabetes. I am trying the protein diet again. Love this diet but had such terrible muscle cramping and low energy I had to stop. I think I have a remedy for these symptoms.Im going to try apple cider vinegar and potassium/mag supplements. This is the only diet that kills my cravings. WELL HERE GOES!
