I lost ground over the long weekend, a lot of which has to be water weight. I was at my Cursillo retreat, a wonderful experience that included wonderful food. They served dessert for lunch and dinner, and snacks were available throughout the day. I did refuse one dessert, and ate only half of others, but it was so good that it was worth it. I'm normally on a low salt diet, so I tend to put on several pounds when I eat regularly salted food. I'll find out over the next few days.
The great thing was that they had a surprise reception Saturday night, with unexpected wine and beer. I stuck with water. I feel good about that.
