I'm getting a bit stressed today. I fell back into some old very bad habits & I'm trying to sort them out before it kills my marriage. I'm sure the cortisol my body is making is not helping. I've taken some natural herbs to calm down & I did a 30 minute stretch routine & it seemed to help. I measure in this weekend with my son Xander(ex naval aviation & current scuba diver). I'll check in with him tonight to make sure he's hitting the gym as agreed. Have a healthy day🙏😁
