Well, I worked out today, and ran for 6 mins straight! :D
I feel accomplished, and it made me feel alot better. Now i feel like I can get my eating back on track, and maybe that big breakfast wasnt such a bad think after all. It gave me the energy i needed to pull off that 6 mins of running!
Im going to go at it again tomorrow. Im excited! YAY!

Congrats on the running! Did you ever think of signing up for a 5k? I did my first 5k last year and really loved it. I got through it b/c some crazy dad kept yelling at his two kids that they were not allowed to stop until they finished, so if they couldn't stop I figured I shouldn't either.lol I finished with a much better time than I thought and I felt so proud of actually running something. Keep up the running...it makes me want to go to the gym and run some today. :)
