well I went to the doctor and lost 12 pounds. I am proud of that and I keep working hard to lose weight. I haven't been on for a while. I guess I kind of feel sometimes it isn't worth it. but I have got to work through the reason why I feel that way and get down to pushing myself a little harder. it is so hard. after leaving my relationship of 16 yrs it has been hard to find the motivation to want to stay on top of it. I have to stay with family and they are not healthy eaters. candy,cookies,icecream name it and they eat it. it is a test of my power to just say no..
