Today felt like a pretty good day, low calories and good exercise. Not an official member of weight watchers, just trying to use the point calculator, eat fairly healthy and exercise. I think I need to increase my cardio to get some burn going. Still higher points consumed than I planned. Drank lots of water today. It's hard to eat healthy and limit portion sizes when I eat alone.
