I feel light. I feel free. I feel like the pressure has eased greatly to lose weight because I'm only one pound away from achieving my goal weight now. I've also been working on strength training and toning the body parts that need work. So glad, so glad I was when I got on the scale Saturday morning and was very pleasantly surprised by the reading on the scale.
