Well, I weighed in today... and only one pound lost.
I was disappointed, to say the least.
I worked so hard last weak... exercised every other day
and worked very hard. But I ate some things I shouldnt have...
I need to stay the hell away from dried fruit and nuts.
I would eat them for 'dessert' but i eat them excessively. There is no 'portion control' when it comes to those things.
And I need to just stay away from peanut butter, too. Again, it just doesnt do me any good. Its yummy, but not worth it.
After I weighed in today, I decided that I was no going to give up. And i had a good work out.
So this week, and until i reach my goal, i'm going to try to not eat peanut butter, nuts, or dried fruit.
I am still going to reach my goal of being 170 by the end of the month. I know I can.
And I want to reach my ultimate goal by my bday.

Goodnight everyone <3

See, I find peanut butter very helpful. It's got lots of healthy protein and it keeps me full much longer. I usually eat two pieces of toast with pb for breakfast and that keeps me going until lunchtime. You just have to watch that you don't eat more than 2 or 3 tsp per day, then you should be fine.

i've tried, but i dont think my body is used to metabolizing fats at all. For a long time, a doctor had me on a diet where i was only allowed to eat 10 grams of fat a day, which was impossible. I lost weight but I was eating fruit, frenchbread and water, so who wouldnt!? And I know that peanut butter + nuts have healthy fats in them, but a fat is still a fat. I was on a MUFA diet for awhile and it made me sick as all hell. But thank you so much for your comment :] I'll still try to enjoy my peanut butter sparingly lol
