Tomorrow is weight in day for me as I check my progress every 2 wks and I'm nervous. I don't want to check because I am feeling a little discouraged already. With all the work I put in this week if I haven't lost at least 3 lb I don't know what's going to happen. I do not want to over do it either since I suffered from bulimia and anorexia (embarrassing) since I was a teen been doing good for the last 7 yrs don't want to relapse. Another reason I gained weight was treatment to recover and now want to loose all the weight because being obese is not any better led to a bunch of diseases and bad quality of life as well so I'm trying to find the right balance.
