Decided to try counting calories instead of following the weight watchers point plus plan. I find it easier to count calories than figuring the points in every food I eat. So far, I have lost half a pound in one day. I reduced the RDI from 1500 to 1300 so I can lose about a pound a week. See how it goes, I'll keep you posted.

Since I started using this site I swing both ways. In my hand written journal I track WW pts. But on here I like seeing the calories. I check out how much protein and fiber I have especially.
