So I hadn't been going back and looking at the comments on my journals -- I thought FS would notify you if someone commented, more like facebook...I don't know why I decided to look, but I'm glad I checked! THanks to all for the encouragement! I'm very slightly up this week, but I completley understand why. My exercise time disappears for the next few weeks as my job demands more or less 9am - 8pm hours during the busy period (now). The good thing is that I can circle the day on my calendar when that changes, but the bad thing is that until I can exercise again, I have to seriously restrict my calories. I'm not the kind of person who has ever been able to eat whatever I want. I gain and lose at least 4lbs on an average week, and being slightly up today doesn't scare me. I mean, that's why you're supposed to not weigh yourself daily, right? So you don't see those fluctullations and freak out? I just need to start seeing those numbers consistently get lower. I don't mind a range, but I want that range to be closer to the 180s than the 190s.
