Awesome day for a bike ride yesterday. 72 degrees, sunny, and no wind. The ride itself felt great. Good legs for the whole ride and shoulders and backside didn't get sore at all. I felt like I could ride all day. Was hoping for a better avs but 15+ for 35 miles is respectable.
Weight is holding steady. Big calorie deficits lately but I think all the exercise is screwing with it. Fat-O-meter on the scale is down 2% and the holes in my belt are in agreement so it seems that progress is still being made.
Updated my profile pic. I'm almost starting to like how I look in pictures now and I'm not even half way to my goal.
