It's FINALLY here! The day I've been looking forward to for MONTHS now! And no.. it's not my doctor appointment and the lovely tests today... it's my WEIGHT! Finally - 129.6!!!! I've been trying to get in the 120's forever, it seems! Weighed myself twice, just to be sure. THAT is exciting news for me. So, either 4.6 lbs to go, or, most likely, I'm going to readjust my goal to 122 and see how that is. I know I don't really want to go under 120, even though my "lifelong" goal has always been 116. Now I think that's too skinny for me - my build, muscle "mass" and age. So, somewhere between 5 and 10 more pounds to go! Holy cow, for a while there I didn't think I'd ever see this number! Whoo-hoo!!

So, need a good work out this morning, and try to not get stressed about the ekg. I'm assuming stressing about it won't exactly make it BETTER!

Hope everyone has a great day...

later... I did the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism workout - 45 min, then did Cardio Max 2 and the cool down. An hour and about 450 calories burned.

Awesome job RWL!!! It's good to see my buddies all coming closer to their goals. To use Ctlss's line...it really is a lot of "weighting" and we have our own individual mountains to climb. Good luck today with your EKG, maybe try a ZUMBA workout. I know they have them on the Fit channel sometimes. Have a great day and thanks for the words of wisdom on the journal!

YAY! See we all new you would see the scale move, so happy it did you are such an inspiration keep up the great work. BTW how is BT,BM? I am doing no more trouble zones I love it. Do you think BFBM is more difficult, b/c I am getting more used to NMTZ?

Hi Hotagain! Thanks!! I LOVE that dvd, it may be a little bit more difficult, depends on how much effort you put into each exercise, too. But I love that one as I usually end up burning close to 400 calories, which for me is pretty good. I think it's one of her better ones - but it's good to mix 'em up. Do that one, do the no more trouble zones, do the Cardio Max one (good for burn and endurance). When you start getting to the point when you do something "mindlessly" it's definitely time to switch it up! Probably best to do one of them one day, another another day, or even do one of them, and add a 20 min. or a 10 min. cardio workout (cardio max - biggest loser dvd) to each of the other two dvds occasionally. Thanks again!

hottagain, you're so much younger... LOVE it now.. you burn more when you're young, regardless of the shape you're in! And you ARE fine, anyway!

Hey ctlss... so far, so good. EKG came out "fine", chest x-ray looks good, but needs a radiologist to clear it. Blood will most likely be fine, mammo is on Wed.! So glad to get this stuff out of the way, you know?

WORDS cannot express the JOY for you. I KNOW, as many of us do....the slow process you have had. AND to finally reach that number. Gives me chills for you. Im so happy!!!! Under 5 pounds from your goal....OMG cannot even imagine that. AND DONT YOU DARE adjust YOUR GOAL......(or I will swear your listening to satan....) Focus ON the original GOAL.....4.6 pounds. DONT push it.... WHEN you get there....THEN think about it. BUT come on.....YOUR so close...and YOU need to SAVOR that....be SO proud of yourself. happy Happy Happy happy Joy Joy Joy.... and obviously TOTAL joy over tests....But heck a thin ( yep THIN) healthy woman like YOU? of course your gonna do fine ...... so happy for you!!!!

I agree with Klannoye, savor the moment and how close you are to your original goal. When it happens rejoice...and then maybe adjust. You're doing awesome! As to the other, I think I'll pass on Insanity. You're a brave woman to tackle it.
