Lost without "my" Shaun T! Okay...I'm only kidding! But it's weird, deciding again which workout to do. Yesterday i did Cardio Max 1 & 2 and then Slim in 6. Today I did Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and Slim in 6. Good calorie burn... probably an hour and 40 min. altogether? Is that right? Well, whatever it was, it was long. Weighed myself this morning, only because it's the first of the month and I really want to have weights posted at key periods like that (you know...so I can bitch and moan about losing 2 pounds a month!). Weight was down a bit, 130.8. So close to those 120's... just seems like an eternity getting there, though. So hopefully by next week, maybe mid week, I can honestly say I weigh 120 something!

I did go back and check my measurements from the start of the Insanity program until now - well, close to it. Taken on Aug. 2. So in those two months, I lost 1 1/4" each from my bust, waist and hips (kind of amazed at how symmetrical the loss was :), and 1 1/2" from each thigh, and about 3/8" from each bicep. Those were the only measurements taken (this was actually taken when I started the Slim in 6 and those are the ones in the booklet.) So I guess I'm happy with that. Oh, and 7.2 lbs, so not much weight loss over NINE weeks! That's an average of .8 (8/10's of a pound!) per week, following an intense workout program AND keeping calories within reason. Hmmm... see my frustration? But I'll take the inches lost over pounds. Wish I could lose another couple inches in my thighs... that's my WORST area... always has been, and now it's that stubborn kind of fat. Frustrating. I really don't want to lose much more in my upper body - I'm not loving the upper rib look! But damn, you really CAN'T spot reduce! Still, it's progress. NO pictures of the legs to follow! LOL...

OKAY....look at you. SO happy the "frustration" has calmed. Although we ALL have been there....and know. AND truth is....I am SO sure INCHES over pounds any day. Those are impressive losses. Really. SO, I'd say SUCCESS with Shawn....( im sure you will get over missing him....he he he) Just hang a poster of him somewhere...Ya know a little keep sake of your "relationship" AND the "rib" look.....does NOT sound pretty....Maybe we need a picture of THAT??? ha ha ha....let us, your fan club decide.....Just kidding you. Yes lets HOPE you hit 120's this week....and me 150's... COME ON.....we're DUE.....lol have a great day......
