Well I am seeing some weight loss which is good. I can't wait to be back at my starting weight which I thought was just aweful 18 pounds and then I can start all over, hehe. I have been taking chromium which your body needs to help metabolize food. Since taking it I can see a huge decrease in eating and increase in energy. I am finally able to use what I eat for energy. I have had trouble with my digestion my whole life which affects my weight and I haven't been eating past 7 which is helping as well. I take it in the morning and breakfast is my biggest meal as the day goes on I eat less and less, which is how it should be. Before I was just starving all the time and I would scarf my food down and go back for more and now I can barely eat half of what I serve myself. This feels great I know I am just having to retrain my body as to what normal is. Well my son was just diagnosed with bipolar disease and he is 8 so we are now on medicine for that as well as his ADHD and acid reflux. We are also still trying to find out why he was having swelling in his brain causing horrible headaches. Hopefully we get him on the right track really soon. My daughter is as onry as ever. She is in Kindergarten and loves every minute of it. She is a big help is what her teacher told me, which means she is just as bossy there as she is at home with her brother. A very big mother hen in my house. I have to remind her often that I AM the mother and can handle things. My job is going great and keeps me moving all day which is a big help getting in exercise. I almost literally run for 9-10 hours a day. I am up and down all day and don't sit for more than 10 minutes at a time, and that is if we are slow. Well I wish you all a happy fatsecret weekend. We are heading out to the State Fair Saturday for a day of walking, YEAH!
