Just got home a few minutes ago--worked all day, then went to the gym, then went to a neighborhood meeting, and I finally got home and have some time to myself. I think I'm kind of hitting a plateau on my weight so I have to figure something out to mix it up a little. Hope my knee gets better soon so I can play tennis again. It's not hurting as much but it's still there and I know I need to let it rest up, probably for another month. :-( Don't want to start up too early, or I'll just be laid up again. At least I can still do elliptical and bicycling since they don't put as much strain on it, but running and tennis are out of the question for now.
