It's been weeks since I logged in, but since I've been following the program for months, it was almost routine. Still at a small plateau, losing very slowly now, but at least not gaining anything! I sort of knew these last 10 lbs would be the hardest, but since I also lost 4 sizes since beginning, I'm not complaining.
