Been a while since I checked in here.

I'm realizing how important routine is in continuing losing weight. Lately our meals have been way off schedule, which means that sometimes I realize I'm hungry, I want to eat more than I should.

In addition, over the past 2 weeks I've been itching so badly, I thought I may have shingles. Turns out, I'm reacting to eating peanuts and almonds. So I'm struggling to re-adjust my diet. Already have to avoid gluten, eggs, dairy, beef, rye and monosodium glutamate.

I'm not trying to complain or make excuses. Just stating that lack of routine and changes in my diet this past week are causing me to have a little more difficulty coming up with a meal plan and sticking to a diet.

Praising God that it's just my diet, and not the Corona Virus. There's ALWAYS a reason to praise Him.
