Gonna' have to be more accountable again. Gained a pound. Trying harder today to keep track of what I have.
Last night made "corned venison" for dinner with cabbage and boiled potatoes. It was delicious.
I didn't realize how easy it is to "corn" (is that the right term) meat. Ever since I learned I can't have beef, I've missed corned beef on St. Patrick's Day. A little late, but worth the wait.
