I really over did it at dinner. We went out for chinese food. I think I made a pretty good, low-carb choice. But I ate too much of it. I ate 3 of the 4 pancakes, and all the mu shu on my plate. After dinner I went the the park by the Bass Pro shop. I had my camera with me, and I got there just in time to see the geese fly in for the night. Geese make me happy. I started walking on the trails, and I spent an hour walking. I'll have to do it again to figure out how far I walked. I thought the exercise would help my glucose levels, but I tested it after I got home, and it was almost 200. Much higher than I expected. Well, better portion control, and more exercise.
