Well thank-fully the world was not around to see my happy dance this morning after my weigh in. I had reached, bettered even, my target weight for my holiday. I was naked, it was not the prettiest of sights, but one must be naked for weigh ins, it's the law....
I am now off on hols and hope that vast amounts of Greek salad other assorted yummyness, ouzo, raki and wine do not pile the weight on. I have a cunning plan, I just hope I can stick to it....
