Well I'm on day 9 of keeping track of the foods that I eat. Let me tell you, this tool is a great motivator. Never knew the calories I slipped in here and there, and how they added up. Trying to continue to stay focused and positive on this journey. It's not easy, but have to go day by day and stick with it. I might not be losing weight at a record pace, but I didn't gain it in that fashion either.

Sometimes just taking a moment to notice what we are putting in our mouths can make all the difference in the world. This site is great for that. I know, it helped me lose over 30 lbs two years ago. Unfortunately I let the healthy habits go to the way side and am back to start all over again. GOOD LUCK!

I love this site, too. I enter my recipes on it to calculate serving size calories, as well. And there are a lot of great recipes here too! Keep up the progress -- slow and steady wins the race!
