Zoodles, onions, mushrooms, cabbage and carrots in spicy peanut sauce. (yes, i also like chow mein noodles on my noodles... my virtue has limits, lol). I was craving pad thai so bad (after i saw someone else's post, lol). Sorry it doesn't look that great but omg so delicious. Rice wine vinegar, ginger and basil really makes it.
