WELL HERE I GO AGAIN...I AM NOT GIVING UP!!! I WAS ON HERE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO DOING THE SOUTH BEACH..WELL I DIDNT STICK WITH IT! IT WORKS THOUGH AND I REALLY LIKED IT...I DUNNO, I THINK THIS IS THE WAY FOR ME TO GO FOR NOW. I AM MAKING HEATHIER CHOICES. I DON'T FEEL LIKE I FAILED I JUST FEEL LIKE I'VE GONE A DIFFERENT WAY...I ATTEST FAILURE TO TOTALLY GIVING UP AND REFUSING TO KEEP MOVING FORWARD OR TRY! I HOPE EVERYONE HERE THAT I MEET CAN BE PATIENT WITH ME AND I LOOK FORWARD TO YET ANOUTHER JOURNEY AND THIS TIME A COMPLETED SUCCESS!
I AM HEADED OFF TO THE "Y" TO GET A LEG UP ON THE SOON COMING TREADMILL/WALKING CHALLENGE!! HAVE A WONDERFUL NIGHT! KANDI YOU DID VERY WELL WITH YOUR EATING TODAY! KEEP GOING GIRL!!!

Good job for coming back--sometimes you have to fall off the wagon a few times before finding a good place to hold on. I hope you have lots of easy successes, but remember if you struggle we are all here for you.

Set short term goals and you will reach success...like commit to counting points and specific exercise for 3 days at a time, or set your goal weight a month at a time and break it down to a week at a time. This has been very helpful to me in keeping me on track of where I want to go. You can do it!
