Well, there isn't much to say about my weight loss so far. On September 12 I will be doing this Special K diet for two months now. I started July 12 at 250 and dropped 12 pounds but I can't seem to drop any lower then that. This past month I've made no progress at all and it's a huge downer. And every time I do make a little progress I always gain it back the next day. I dropped a lot of weight in that first month and it's just really frustrating to go from dropping a lot to nothing. But I do see the bright side of this, at least I haven't gained it all back, this month my weight has varied from 236-239 I haven't gone over 239 yet so yay! I'm trying to walk more then my usual hour and I'm trying to do it every day now, so hopefully that will work :)
