I'm a little dissapointed, I'm not losing weight as fast as I wanted to do it, the nutritionist complained the other day and I'm afraid she will do it again next week... I don't know what to do, I'm following my diet and I only lost 10,5 pounds in almost one month.

10.5 pounds is awesome! Don't get discouraged because sometimes it will just all drop at once. Eventhough you feel like its not enough, a loss is still a loss.

Ten pounds is fast in a month is fast and a good rate. Your nutritionist will always complain until you are at your goal, it's their job to give you a hard time. Dont let it get you down, just use it as motivation and keep moving forward.
