Glad I did lose that extra pound. NO excercise today. Jonny had 5 not 4 shots and so when we got home we took a long nap. I'm still weak and sore from the last few days fo really excercising hard. Will pick back up tomorrow.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
